are a dangerous and powerful safety restraint system and should not
be taken lightly or tampered with. If you are not a qualified and certified
technician, seek the help of a professional to service the airbag system
on your vehicle.
Terms of Service
All Pro Airbags items are priced in United States dollars. Pro Airbags
accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. Pro Airbags
reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior
to processing any order. Failure to provide the requested information
in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged to all items delivered within Ontario, Canada. Pro Airbags is not
responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped elsewhere.
Acceptance of Orders
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a
confirmation of an offer to sell. Pro Airbags reserves the right to request additional information
for verification prior to the acceptance of any order. Pro Airbags reserves the right upon acceptance
and process of any order to refund full or partial payment.
Shipping Address Information
Pro Airbags cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed.
Pro Airbags reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses or P.O. boxes.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are warranted for 14 days from date of purchase. Warranties
honoured with proof of professional installation only. Warranty does not include misuse, abuse
or faulty installation of any product, nor does it cover any other damage not related to defective
parts.
Return Policy
The liability of Pro Airbags for any losses or damages arising out of any cause whatsoever is
limited to full or partial refund of the purchase price, or at our option replacement of the
product(s). Pro Airbags shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
Any accepted return item by Pro Airbags will be for credit only and will be subject to
shipping and handling charges. Shipping is not refundable.
Typographical Errors
Pro Airbags is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing.
In the event of a pricing error Pro Airbags will contact you via email with the correct pricing information.
Privacy Policy
Pro Airbags collects personal information online including names, postal
and email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information
and vehicle information such as vehicle identification numbers. We will
use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was submitted
such as to reply to your emails, handle your order, and process billing and
business related requests. We will never sell, rent, publish or distribute your
personal information.
